My Journey in Real Estate: From San Diego to Las Vegas

Growing up in a family of real estate and construction professionals in North County San Diego, I discovered my passion for real estate and transaction coordination at an early age. Following college, I ventured into marketing and social media management before becoming a licensed CA real estate agent in 2018. I relocated to Las Vegas in 2022 with my four beloved dogs and obtained my NV real estate license a year later. I have been working full-time as a Transaction Coordinator for 3 years specializing in residential and vacant land transactions, I have faced almost every type of transactional challenge imaginable. During my free time, I enjoy volunteering with dog rescues by assisting with transport, fostering, and finding adoptive homes for shelter dogs.

I offer social media management on a weekly or monthly basis. Terms and details can be discussed based on your needs.

Do you offer social media management or marketing support?

What happens if my listing or transaction cancels?

There is a flat $100 fee for any cancellations. I will make sure your file is within broker compliance for the cancellation. If the listing or transaction cancels within one week of the contract being signed, the $100 fee is waived.

How much time will I save by hiring a Transaction Coordinator?

By hiring a Transaction Coordinator, you are saving time by NOT having to send disclosures, confirm EMD was received on time, schedule inspections, send fully executed copies to your client, and more! All of that would add up to quite a bit of your time.
